Let’s feel the beat and move our feet!Children need to move, and need to have fun doing it! Author, LeAnn Haggard, has choreographed motivating fitness routines set to cool music that are exciting from start to finish. “Feel the Beat” offers a complete exercise program from warm ups and isolations, to aerobics, to relaxing cool downs. Easier aerobic routines are presented first, for ages 4 to 6, and later in the recording, the routines are a bit more challenging, for children ages 7 to 9. The brain-based movements throughout the program give children “better thinking power”, as well as healthier bodies. There are also great instrumentals for creative movement, rope jumping, and action-packed dancing.
