I bought this video for my 6 year old girl she seems to like billy and thinks she's a nija now but its more like a childrens arobic class so I guess not intended for children under 6.

I have a overweight six year old daughter that I wanted to get exercising without the pressure ofslimming down . Billy Blanks' Tae Bo workout is perfect! He's a great teacher and has so much energy my daughter is in the living room doing the video right now. An added bonus is that all of the children in the video are different sizes and shapes so instead of there being half a dozen stick thin kids to watch there are real kids represented. Billy also focuses on knowing your body and getting stronger so the tone is that of health and strength rather than calorie burning. I love it!
